Milk Run does not own or manufacture any products. Most products offered by Milk Run are hyper local and are sourced within the Greater Houston area.
Milk Run takes food seriously. It has stringent selection criteria and going local helps us achieve all of them.
- Deliveries are always made on a fixed day every week depending on where you live.
- You do not have to be home to receive a delivery, simply place a cooler box at your doorstep and our milk man will place perishable items in your cooler box.

No, you do not have to be a paid member to shop at milkrunonline.com.

A Premium Membership gives you the following benefits:

You will be automatically downgraded to a Basic Membership (Free) status when you cancel your Premium Membership.
You can cancel your membership at any time under My Account>My memberships. Click the Cancel button provided on the details page.
Once cancelled, you can still enjoy the member benefits until the end of the billing cycle, after which you will not be charged the monthly membership fees. Monthly Membership fees is non-refundable.
Please note that your subscription orders are not cancelled when you cancel your membership. If you would like to cancel the subscription orders, you will have to cancel them under My Account>My Subscriptions.
DELIVERY
Orders are delivered between 10 AM and 9 PM on your delivery day. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is delivered.
Order cutoff is 48 hours before your delivery day.

Yes. Please make sure you provide any gate code if applicable while providing your delivery address.
Our weekly delivery days are Tuesday’s & Thursday’s.

PLACING ORDERS
Subscription products create recurring orders that are automatically placed in your cart, charged and delivered every week without you having to re-order that product every week.
Some products may have a biweekly option and renew every other week.
You can add subscription products as well as one-time products in the same cart. Your order confirmation clearly displays your recurring and one-time cart totals.
