Enter the desired quantities of your subscription products or one time purchases. You can add both to the same cart. Your order confirmation clearly displays your recurring and one time cart totals.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS:
Subscriptions are convenient recurring orders that are charged every Sunday (cutoff day) and delivered on Tuesday.

Weekly subscriptions will be ordered automatically every week. Pantry items like honeys or jams have a biweekly option and are ordered every other week.

Subscriptions can be viewed under My Account. They can also be suspended or cancelled online at any time.

ONE TIME ORDERS:
One time orders are charged instantly at checkout.

All one time orders placed by Sunday (cutoff day) are delivered the following Tuesday along with your recurring orders if any. Orders placed after the cut off will be delivered the week after.

Orders can be cancelled online under My Account > Orders.

Orders can be cancelled by 12pm Sunday (cut off). The “Cancel Order” option will be disabled past the weekly cut off.

All orders will be delivered between 6 pm & 10 pm on delivery day (Tuesday).

DELIVERY DAYS:

Weekly delivery day is Tuesday. All orders will be delivered between 6 pm & 10 pm on delivery day.

Orders are delivered in insulated Milk Run boxes with ice packs. These boxes retain order freshness for a couple of hours. However, it is recommended to bring the boxes indoors as soon as they are delivered. Milk Run will not be responsible for orders neglected outdoors.

Our milk man delivers orders in a Milk Run box which is a light-weight yet sturdy foam cooler. It might also contain ice packs to keep your items fresh at optimum temperatures.

At Milk Run, we are committed to protecting our environment. The boxes and ice packs are reusable and have to be returned. You can set the boxes with the ice packs from your last delivery outside your front door on the night before an upcoming delivery. The milkman will pick them up when he delivers your upcoming delivery.

The Milk Run family believes saving the planet is a community effort. We strictly follow a zero waste policy. Reusable packaging that is not returned within 4 weeks will be liable for an eco-charge of $5.99 per box.
