Delivery
* Packages are delivered between 10 AM and 9 PM on delivery day. Items are placed by front door whenever possible.
* Milk Run is not responsible for lost packages.
* Products should be moved inside and/or refrigerated as soon as possible to preserve product freshness. Milk Run does not assume responsibility for products left outdoors for extended periods.
* Customer is responsible to provide any access code or special instructions. Milk Run is not responsible if driver is unable to access gated apartments/communities. Milk Run will try to reasonably accommodate any special requests.
Changes to an Order / Cancellation
* Order cancelations before order cut off will be refunded the full amount except credit card processing fees ($0.30 plus 2.9% of order total).
* Cancelations after order cut off are not guaranteed. Any refunds honored after cut off will be in the form of store credit.
* Cut off times
* Tuesday delivery day – Cut off is Sunday 11:59 PM
* Thursday delivery day – Cut off is Tuesday 11:50 PM
Order Charges
* For one-time orders, your card will be charged immediately at checkout. Subscription orders are charged anytime after the order cutoff.
* Milk Run only allows one shipping address per billing address.
Subscriptions
* Products selected for recurring weekly delivery will continue to be scheduled every week. It is the customer’s responsibility to modify or cancel recurring deliveries.
* Subscriptions may be modified or cancelled up to the cutoff time. Orders that have passed this window cannot be modified or cancelled and the recurring delivery will be cancelled for the following week.
Membership
* Premium Membership terms are month to month. Basic Membership does not expire.
* Billing cycle starts on day of sign-up.
* Membership dues are charged to the credit card on file each month at the start of the billing cycle.
* Membership Cancellation Policy
* Membership may be cancelled online by logging into your account.
* Cancellation will go in to effect on the last day of the billing cycle and membership will not be renewed for the following month.
* Membership cancellation will not cancel any recurring weekly deliveries. Customer is responsible to modify or cancel recurring weekly deliveries.
* Membership dues are not prorated and refunds will not be issued.
Product Liability
* Milk Run provides a service to connect customers with local vendors that produce fresh and natural products that are not readily available at typical grocery stores. Milk Run does not produce or manufacture any products and is not liable for the quality of products. At Milk Run, we hand pick select products that meet our stringent criteria for freshness and natural ingredients. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please e-mail us at info@milkrunonline.com and we will address the issue directly with our vendors.
Freshness Guarantees
* Milk Run takes their freshness guarantees very seriously. However, there may be some isolated cases where one or more freshness guarantees may not hold due to unforeseen circumstances (inclement weather, product shortages, etc.).
